Keisha Woodbine is a licensed Realtor who has been consecutively selling residential real estate in Georgia for over 12 years. In fact, two years ago her extensive knowledge of Georgia’s real estate market, prompted her to become a real estate agent in the state of Florida. Keisha’s passion for the industry and her love for helping others makes her top notch in an incredibly competitive sales environment. Her strong base of loyal repeat customers is the reason that she has been successful for the last 12 years.

Purchasing her first home is what ignited Keisha’s spark for real estate. She has successfully guided many first-time homebuyers through the process of homeownership. These are things that include home buying seminar’s, assistance with credit repairs or choosing a lender. She knows how to negotiate the least money out of pocket for her buyer(s)/ seller(s). From finding a trustworthy inspector to discussing repairs straight down to the closing table. She simply holds their hands each step of the way from contracts to keys. She is also an experienced new home sales Agent who knows the ins and outs of new construction and what it entails to build your home from the dirt up.
